All products sold by PAT Grafik are digital downloads — broadcast graphic files for vMix and OBS. There is no physical shipping involved.
Digital downloads
Because files are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final once a download link has been used. We’re unable to offer refunds simply for a change of mind after a file has been downloaded.
Broken or incorrect files
If a file you purchased is genuinely broken, corrupted, or doesn’t match its product description, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll send you a fixed file or issue a refund.
Free graphics
Free templates have no purchase price, so there is nothing to refund on them.
