PAT Grafik (“we”, “us”) operates vmixstore.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site or purchase a graphic, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the order details needed to fulfill it — your name, email address, and billing information. We also collect basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) through standard site analytics, to understand how the store is used.
How we use it
Your information is used only to process your order, provide access to the files you’ve purchased, and respond to support requests. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Payment information
Payments are handled directly by our payment provider at checkout. PAT Grafik does not receive or store your full card or payment details on its own servers.
Your downloads
Once your order is complete, your purchased graphic files remain available in your account’s Downloads area for you to re-download whenever you need them.
